Darjah for Recruitment Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, an established network of candidates, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle across various industries.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized candidate database.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights.
المتطلبات
- 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong database of candidates and an active professional network.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
