Darjah for Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to lead and support our recruitment team while actively managing the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on recruitment expertise and a solid understanding of recruitment operations and process optimization.
المسؤوليات
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
- Distribute vacancies among recruiters and monitor recruitment progress.
- Review candidate quality and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple industries.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and support recruiters in difficult hiring cases.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment updates.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training.
- Oversee daily recruitment operations and ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards.
- Prepare recruitment reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with management to improve recruitment strategies, workflows, and operational efficiency.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, workflows, and performance management.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and talent assessment skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems and recruitment platforms.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
