الوصف الوظيفي
The Field Operator – Process (FCC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of the FCC/RFCC process unit. The role includes conducting routine field inspections, monitoring equipment performance, supporting startup and shutdown activities, responding to alarms and operational abnormalities, and coordinating closely with the Control Room and Maintenance teams.

- Operate and monitor FCC/RFCC process unit equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine field inspections and record operating data.
- Support unit startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with the control room and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and operating procedures.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
- Prepare equipment for maintenance and issue work permits as required.
المتطلبات
- Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FCC/RFCC process unit operations within a refinery.
- Strong knowledge of equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, startup/shutdown procedures, process safety, and work permit systems.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
