Field Operator – Process (FCC)

The Field Operator – Process (FCC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of the FCC/RFCC process unit. The role includes conducting routine field inspections, monitoring equipment performance, supporting startup and shutdown activities, responding to alarms and operational abnormalities, and coordinating closely with the Control Room and Maintenance teams.

يتولى المشغّل الميداني – العمليات (FCC) التشغيل والمراقبة الآمنة والكفؤة لوحدة عمليات FCC/RFCC. يشمل الدور إجراء الجولات التفقدية الميدانية الدورية، ومراقبة أداء المعدات، ودعم أعمال التشغيل والإيقاف، والاستجابة للإنذارات وحالات الخلل التشغيلي، والتنسيق الوثيق مع غرفة السيطرة وفرق الصيانة.

• Operate and monitor FCC/RFCC process unit equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine field inspections and record operating data.
• Support unit startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with the control room and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and operating procedures.
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and issue work permits as required.

• تشغيل ومراقبة معدات وحدة عمليات FCC/RFCC بأمان وكفاءة.
• تنفيذ الجولات التفقدية الميدانية الدورية وتسجيل بيانات التشغيل.
• دعم أعمال تشغيل الوحدة وإيقافها وتشخيص أعطالها.
• التنسيق مع غرفة السيطرة وفرق الصيانة.
• ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات HSE والإجراءات البيئية وإجراءات التشغيل.
• الاستجابة للإنذارات وحالات الطوارئ.
• تهيئة المعدات للصيانة وإصدار تصاريح العمل حسب الحاجة.

• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FCC/RFCC process unit operations within a refinery.
• Strong knowledge of equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, startup/shutdown procedures, process safety, and work permit systems.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• شهادة هندسة أو دبلوم في هندسة الميكانيك أو الكهرباء أو الكيمياوي أو النفط أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة 3–5 سنوات في تشغيل وحدة عمليات FCC/RFCC ضمن مصفى.
• معرفة قوية بمراقبة المعدات وتشخيص الأعطال وإجراءات التشغيل والإيقاف وسلامة العمليات وأنظمة تصاريح العمل.
• مهارات جيدة في العمل ضمن فريق والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً ومحادثة).
