The Shift Supervisor – Offsite is responsible for leading and supervising all shift operations across the tank farm and depot facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role includes overseeing Field and DCS Operators, coordinating maintenance activities, managing product receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch operations, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards, Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and operating procedures. The Shift Supervisor also supports emergency response activities, monitors operational performance, promotes process safety, and ensures effective communication and coordination between operations, maintenance, and other relevant departments.

• Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, and HSE requirements.
• Participate in emergency response activities.
• Oversee product movement, process safety, and operational performance.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in refinery, tank farm, terminal, or oil & gas operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, maintenance coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of CMMS, process safety, and tank farm operations.
• Professional certifications such as PTW Issuer, Risk Assessment, Fire Fighting, Leadership, or HAZOP Awareness are preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
