The Field Operator – Offsite is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of offsite facilities, including storage tanks, pump stations, manifolds, pipelines, loading and unloading systems, and associated utility equipment. The role includes performing product transfer operations, line-up changes, tank gauging, and product sampling while ensuring compliance with operating procedures, HSE standards, and environmental requirements. The Field Operator also supports emergency response activities, identifies and reports operational abnormalities, and coordinates closely with the Control Room and Maintenance teams to maintain safe, reliable, and continuous refinery operations.

• Safely operate and monitor storage tanks, pump stations, manifolds, pipelines, loading/unloading facilities, and utility systems.
• Perform valve line-ups and product transfer operations.
• Carry out product sampling and tank gauging activities.
• Execute routine operational tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations in compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.

المتطلبات

• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in refinery, tank farm, terminal, or oil & gas operations.
• Knowledge of tank farm operations, pump operation, valve line-up, product transfer, tank gauging, loading and unloading operations, leak detection, and basic instrumentation.
• Good communication skills and computer literacy.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
