Our client is looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our end-to-end digital strategy. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all digital channels, drive sustainable growth, and build a high-performing team that blends creativity, data, and community engagement.
المسؤوليات
- ▸ Digital Strategy & Vision
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Define KPIs and monitor performance across all teams and channels.
- Oversee integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment between content, performance, and community.
- ▸ Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage creative, performance, and community teams.
- Coach and inspire team members to drive innovation and excellence.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between brand storytelling, analytics, and community building.
- ▸ Content & Creative Oversight
- Oversee the 360° content calendar strategy.
- Collaborate with Content Strategist, Real-time Creator, and Multimedia Designer on high-impact content.
- Maintain consistency of all marketing messages with brand identity guidelines.
- ▸ Performance & Growth
- Lead paid advertising and digital analytics in collaboration with the Media Buyer and Marketing Data Analyst.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
- Build and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- ▸ Community & Engagement
- Foster customer loyalty and build long-term relationships across digital platforms.
- Oversee PR activities and influencer partnerships.
- Manage the company's digital reputation and audience communication.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in digital analytics, team management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
