Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for a General Manager to join one of our clients, a newly established transportation company entering the Iraqi market. The role is responsible for building the company's operations from the ground up, leading business development, and establishing a high-performing team to drive growth and market expansion.

المسؤوليات

• Establish the company's organizational and operational structure.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and management of the company's workforce.
• Develop and execute business and operational strategies to achieve market growth.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and key stakeholder relationships.
• Set performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Report business performance and strategic initiatives to company leadership.

المتطلبات

• Nationality: Egyptian, Lebanese, or Jordanian.
• Age: Below 37 years.
• Proven experience in a senior management or leadership position.
• Previous experience in the transportation, logistics, ride-hailing, or app-based services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, operational planning, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build and lead a company in a fast-paced startup environment.
