The DCS Operator – Offsite is responsible for the safe and efficient monitoring and control of offsite operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS). The role includes overseeing product receipt, storage, and dispatch activities, monitoring inventory levels, responding to alarms and operational abnormalities, and ensuring stable and reliable plant operations. The DCS Operator coordinates closely with Field Operators and Maintenance teams, prepares operational reports, and supports emergency response activities while ensuring full compliance with HSE standards, operating procedures, and environmental requirements.

• Monitor and control tank farm and depot operations through the DCS.
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Manage alarms and respond to operational abnormalities.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate emergency response activities in compliance with HSE procedures.

المتطلبات

• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in DCS operations, refinery, tank farm, terminal, or oil & gas facilities.
• Knowledge of alarm management, inventory management, ESD systems, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with CMMS is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
