Location: Baghdad
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: IQD 1,500,000 – 2,500,000
المسؤوليات
- Manage payroll processing including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Monitor attendance through biometric systems and manage leaves and absences.
- Implement and manage salary grading and structure.
- Track employee performance and productivity.
- Evaluate staff and identify high and low performers.
المتطلبات
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and payroll.
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Firm personality with strong organizational abilities.
- Open to Iraqi and other nationalities.
- Male or Female (married female candidates are preferred).
