Our new client looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join with his team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the sales team, driving field performance, and achieving monthly sales targets.

المسؤوليات

• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Ensure daily office presence and active field coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and clients
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Report sales activities and results to management

المتطلبات

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
• Proven experience leading and managing a sales team of 8 members or more
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate and drive team performance
• Must be a resident of Al-Rusafa district, Baghdad
• Own a vehicle is preferred
