Field Operator – Process (NHT, CCR, SRU)

Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for an experienced Field Operator – Process to join one of our clients in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on operating and monitoring field equipment across NHT, CCR, and SRU units, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient plant operations.

المسؤوليات

• Operate and monitor field equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Conduct routine field inspections and report abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate with the Control Room during normal and emergency operations.
• Support plant start-up, shutdown, and maintenance activities.
• Perform equipment isolation, draining, venting, and gas testing when required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, and LOTO requirements.
• Maintain accurate operating logs and shift handover records.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
• Follow company procedures and refinery operating standards.

المتطلبات

• Engineering degree or diploma in Process, Chemical, Petroleum, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in process operations, preferably within the Oil & Gas or refinery sector.
• Strong knowledge of process monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings.
• Good understanding of emergency response procedures.
• Knowledge of HSE, PTW, and LOTO procedures.
• Fluent in English.
