Location: Baghdad – Karada (Uqba Bin Nafi Square)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 6 days per week – From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: IQD 1,000,000 – 1,250,000 (Based on experience and performance) + Incentives
Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently hiring a Business Development & Sales Executive for one of our clients in the training and consulting sector. The role focuses on business development, B2B/B2C sales, telesales, customer support, and client relationship management.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell training and consulting services to companies and individuals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional client support.
- Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience and service delivery.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, B2B/B2C sales, or customer relations.
- Previous experience in training, consulting, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
