You will be responsible for managing our Facebook and Instagram accounts, responding to messages and comments from potential clients interested in hair and eyebrow transplant procedures, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Respond promptly to all incoming messages and comments across Facebook and Instagram
• Follow up with potential clients and address their inquiries professionally
• Convert client interest into confirmed procedure bookings
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with the manager upon booking confirmation
