يهدف هذا الدور إلى توثيق مشاريع الشركة وعملياتها وفعالياتها بشكل احترافي من خلال التصوير الفوتوغرافي وإنتاج وتحرير الفيديو، وإنتاج محتوى بصري عالي الجودة يدعم الهوية المؤسسية للشركة وحضورها الرقمي والعروض التقديمية والتواصل الخارجي
This role documents the company's projects, operations and events professionally through photography and video production and editing, and produces high-quality visual content that supports the company's corporate identity, its digital presence, presentations and external communication.
المسؤوليات
- تصوير مشاريع الشركة والمواقع الصناعية والمصافي ومحطات الطاقة والفعاليات والزيارات الرسمية.
- تصوير وإنتاج وتحرير فيديوهات احترافية للشركة والمواد الترويجية.
- إنتاج محتوى فيديو مناسب لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والقنوات الرقمية للشركة.
- إنشاء وتنظيم وحفظ أرشيف متكامل ومنظم للصور والفيديوهات الخاصة بالشركة ومشاريعها.
- إنتاج محتوى بصري قصير ومناسب للنشر على LinkedIn والموقع الإلكتروني للشركة.
- استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحرير الفيديو والصوت، وتحسين الجودة، وتقليل الضوضاء، وإضافة الترجمة التلقائية، وتحويل الصوت إلى نص، والتعديل الذكي.
- التنسيق مع مصمم الجرافيك لضمان توحيد الأسلوب البصري في جميع المواد المؤسسية.
- الالتزام الكامل بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية HSE عند التصوير في المواقع الصناعية ومواقع الإنشاءات.
- Photograph the company's projects, industrial sites, refineries, power stations, events and official visits.
- Shoot, produce and edit professional videos for the company and promotional materials.
- Produce video content suitable for social media platforms and the company's digital channels.
- Create, organise and keep a complete and orderly archive of the photos and videos of the company and its projects.
- Produce short visual content suitable for publishing on LinkedIn and the company's website.
- Use artificial intelligence tools for video and audio editing, quality enhancement, noise reduction, automatic subtitles, speech-to-text and smart editing.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to keep one visual style across all corporate materials.
- Full compliance with occupational health and safety (HSE) requirements when shooting at industrial and construction sites.
المتطلبات
- خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال التصوير الفوتوغرافي وتصوير الفيديو وتحرير الفيديو.
- إجادة استخدام Adobe Premiere Pro وAfter Effects أو برامج المونتاج الاحترافية المماثلة.
- معرفة عملية بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الخاصة بمعالجة وتحرير الفيديو والصوت.
- القدرة والاستعداد للعمل الميداني والتصوير في المواقع الصناعية ومواقع الإنشاءات.
- امتلاك Portfolio احترافي يوضح نماذج سابقة من أعمال التصوير وإنتاج الفيديو.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتنسيق مع مصمم الجرافيك وفريق التسويق.
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة المهنية أثناء العمل في المواقع الميدانية.
- مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية :-
- إنشاء أرشيف بصري منظم ومتكامل لكل مشروع رئيسي للشركة.
- إنتاج محتوى بصري عالي الجودة وبشكل منتظم لدعم قنوات التواصل والتسويق المؤسسي للشركة.
- Proven practical experience in photography, videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or similar professional editing software.
- Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for processing and editing video and audio.
- Ability and willingness to work in the field and shoot at industrial and construction sites.
- A professional Portfolio showing previous photography and video production work.
- Ability to work within a team and coordinate with the Graphic Designer and the marketing team.
- Compliance with occupational safety procedures while working at field sites.
- Key performance indicators:
- An organised and complete visual archive created for every major project of the company.
- High-quality visual content produced regularly to support the company's communication and corporate marketing channels.
