Field Operator (HPU Process)

Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for an experienced Field Operator (HPU Process) to join one of our clients in the oil & gas sector. The role is responsible for operating and monitoring field equipment, supporting plant operations, and ensuring safe and efficient process performance.

المسؤوليات

• Monitor and operate field equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, and heat exchangers.
• Conduct routine field inspections and record operating parameters.
• Support plant start-up, shutdown, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with the DCS Operator to maintain stable process conditions.
• Respond to alarms, process upsets, and emergency situations.
• Isolate equipment for maintenance following PTW and LOTO procedures.
• Detect and report equipment abnormalities, leaks, and safety hazards.
• Prepare daily operation logs and shift handover reports.

المتطلبات

• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process operations, preferably in Oil & Gas or refinery facilities.
• Strong knowledge of process monitoring, troubleshooting, P&ID reading, and emergency response.
• Familiar with PTW, LOTO, and HSE procedures.
• Fluent in English.
