Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for a General Manager to join one of our clients, a leading real estate company. The role will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations, managing sales leadership, and driving business growth while acting as the primary link between the ownership and the organization.

المسؤوليات

• Manage the company's day-to-day operations and overall business performance.
• Lead and oversee Sales Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
• Report directly to the company owners and provide regular performance updates.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements.
• Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

المتطلبات

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership position.
• Strong background in sales management, business development, and team leadership.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage operations independently and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
