Darjah Human Resources Services announces that it is seeking a lawyer to join the company, who will be responsible for handling and managing legal affairs and providing legal support and advice to management.

• Oversee and manage the company's legal affairs.
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice to management on operational and commercial matters.
• Ensure that the company's procedures and contracts comply with Iraqi laws and regulations.
• Review legal documents and identify potential risks.
• Monitor correspondence and legal matters pertaining to the company.

• He holds a bachelor's degree in law.
• Previous practical experience in the legal field or in corporate legal affairs.
• Solid experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• A good knowledge of Iraqi laws and regulations and labor law.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and provide appropriate legal solutions.
