Senior Trainer

The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing the product knowledge and selling skills of retail sales teams across Iraq. The role involves adapting headquarters training materials into practical Arabic content, delivering training sessions, coaching sales associates on the shop floor, and measuring the impact of training on sales performance.

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales associates and development training for existing employees.
• Adapt English training materials from headquarters into clear and practical Arabic content.
• Coach sales associates in stores on selling techniques, closing skills, handling price objections, and communicating product value.
• Plan and deliver large-scale training programs for new product launches within tight deadlines.
• Evaluate employees' knowledge and practical skills through assessments.
• Monitor post-training sales performance and measure training effectiveness.
• Analyze training results and identify reasons for performance gaps.
• Conduct regular store visits and training sessions across different cities in Iraq.
• Identify frontline operational challenges and support relevant teams in resolving them.
• Stay updated on new devices, technologies, and product features, and quickly learn new products.

• Requirements
• Relevant experience in retail training, preferably in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
• Proven experience in delivering classroom training and on-the-job coaching.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage tight training schedules, especially during product launches.
• Willingness to travel frequently between cities across Iraq.
• Good command of English to understand and adapt headquarters training materials.
• Excellent Arabic communication, presentation, and training skills.
