خصوصيتك أمانة. هنا نوضّح بصدق وشفافية كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك.

نحن في درجة (Darjah) نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية معلوماتك الشخصية. توضّح هذه السياسة كيف نجمع البيانات ونستخدمها ونحميها عند استخدامك لمنصتنا.

١. المسؤول عن البيانات

الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة بياناتك هي منصّة درجة (Darjah)، ومقرّها بغداد، جمهورية العراق. لأي أمر يخصّ بياناتك الشخصية، تواصل معنا عبر hr@darjah-iq.com.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

عند تقديمك على وظيفة أو إرسال سيرتك الذاتية، نجمع المعلومات التالية:

• بيانات أساسية: الاسم الكامل، العمر، الجنس، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني
• السيرة الذاتية: الملف المرفق بصيغة PDF/DOC/DOCX
• بيانات اختيارية: المنصب الحالي، سنوات الخبرة، الراتب المتوقّع، روابط LinkedIn أو المعرض الشخصي
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، الجهاز، وقت الزيارة (لأغراض الأمان فقط)

٣. الأساس القانوني للمعالجة

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة عند التقديم، وبما يخدم مصلحتنا المشروعة في تقييم الطلبات ومطابقتها مع الفرص المتاحة. يحقّ لك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت.

٤. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تقييم طلبك للوظائف المُعلَنة
• التواصل معك بخصوص الفرص المناسبة
• تحسين تجربة الاستخدام على المنصة
• منع الاحتيال والاستخدام المسيء

نحن لا نبيع ولا نؤجّر بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث.

٥. من يطّلع على بياناتك

لا يطّلع على سيرتك الذاتية وبياناتك إلا فريق الموارد البشرية المختصّ في درجة، وفق صلاحيات وصول صارمة. لا نتيح بياناتك لأي طرف خارجي إلا عند إلزام قانوني صريح من جهة رسمية مختصّة، أو بموافقتك عند مطابقتك مع شركة شريكة.

٦. مزوّدو الخدمة وموقع التخزين

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة موثوقين لتشغيل المنصة، مثل Supabase لاستضافة قاعدة البيانات والتخزين، وخدمة بريد لإرسال الإشعارات. يلتزم هؤلاء بمعالجة البيانات نيابةً عنّا فقط ووفق تعليماتنا.

قد تُخزَّن بياناتك أو تُعالَج على خوادم خارج العراق، ضمن ضمانات حماية تقنية وتعاقدية مناسبة.

٧. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحفظ السيرة الذاتية والمعلومات المرفقة لمدة ٦ أشهر كحد أقصى من تاريخ التقديم، بعدها تُحذف نهائياً أو تُؤرشَف بصيغة مجهولة الهوية وفق سياستنا الداخلية.

٨. التخزين والأمان

بياناتك مُؤمَّنة بـ:

• تشفير TLS/SSL أثناء النقل (HTTPS)
• تشفير أثناء التخزين على مستوى قاعدة البيانات
• صلاحيات Row-Level Security (RLS) صارمة
• مراقبة محاولات الوصول غير المصرَّح بها
• فحص الملفات المرفقة لمنع المحتوى الضار

٩. حقوقك

يحقّ لك في أي وقت:

• الاطّلاع على البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك
• التصحيح أو تحديث أي معلومات غير دقيقة
• الحذف الكامل لبياناتك من نظامنا
• سحب الموافقة على معالجة بياناتك

١٠. الأهلية وعدم استهداف القاصرين

منصّتنا موجَّهة للباحثين عن عمل ممّن بلغوا الثامنة عشرة فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات تخصّ من هم دون هذا السن، وإذا تبيّن أن بيانات قاصر وصلت إلينا نحذفها فور علمنا بها.

١١. التحليلات وملفات تعريف الارتباط

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية. نكتفي بـ:

• تخزين محلّي (localStorage) لتذكُّر تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر
• التحقق من الجهاز لمنع التقديمات المتكرّرة المسيئة
• تحليلات مجمَّعة عبر Umami (أداة صديقة للخصوصية) وGoogle Analytics مع إخفاء عناوين IP

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات مخصَّصة. لإيقاف تتبُّع Google Analytics، يمكنك تثبيت إضافة Google Analytics Opt-out.

١٢. تعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. التعديلات الجوهرية ستُعلَن عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار بارز على المنصة.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a trust. Here is how we honestly handle your data.

At Darjah we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our platform.

1. Data Controller

The entity responsible for processing your data is Darjah, based in Baghdad, Iraq. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at hr@darjah-iq.com.

2. Data We Collect

When you apply for a job or submit your CV, we collect:

• Basic info: Full name, age, gender, phone, email
• CV file: Attached PDF/DOC/DOCX
• Optional: Current position, years of experience, expected salary, LinkedIn/Portfolio URLs
• Technical: IP address, browser type, device, timestamp (security purposes only)

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent at the time of applying, and our legitimate interest in evaluating applications and matching them to available opportunities. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Evaluate your application for posted openings
• Contact you about suitable opportunities
• Improve platform experience
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

5. Who Can See Your Data

Only the dedicated HR team at Darjah can view your CV and data, under strict access controls. We do not disclose your data to any external party except under a clear legal obligation from a competent authority, or with your consent when matching you with a partner company.

6. Service Providers & Storage Location

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the platform, such as Supabase for database hosting and storage, and an email service for notifications. They process data only on our behalf and per our instructions.

Your data may be stored or processed on servers outside Iraq, under appropriate technical and contractual safeguards.

7. Data Retention

CVs and submitted information are kept for a maximum of 6 months from the submission date, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized per our internal policy.

8. Storage & Security

Your data is secured with:

• TLS/SSL transport encryption (HTTPS)
• At-rest database encryption
• Strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies
• Unauthorized access monitoring
• File scanning for malicious content

9. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct or update any inaccurate information
• Delete your data entirely from our system
• Withdraw consent for data processing

10. Eligibility & No Targeting of Minors

Our platform is intended for job seekers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age, and if we discover that a minor's data has reached us, we delete it as soon as we become aware.

11. Analytics & Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. We only use:

• Local storage (localStorage) to remember language and theme preferences
• Device verification to prevent abusive duplicate submissions
• Aggregated analytics via Umami (a privacy-friendly tool) and Google Analytics with IP anonymization

We do not sell your data or use it for personalized advertising. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent platform notice.
