شروط الاستخدام

قواعد واضحة وعادلة لاستخدام المنصة، تحمي حقّك وحقّنا.

باستخدامك لمنصة درجة (Darjah)، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل الاستخدام.

١. الأهلية

• يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ سنة فما فوق لاستخدام المنصة.
• تتحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن صحة المعلومات التي تُقدّمها.

٢. الاستخدام المقبول

عند استخدام المنصة، توافق على:

• تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة فقط
• عدم استخدام بيانات أو هوية شخص آخر
• عدم رفع ملفات تحتوي على فيروسات أو محتوى ضار
• عدم محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيل عملها
• الالتزام بالقوانين العراقية

٣. حدود التقديم

للحفاظ على جودة الخدمة، فرضنا حدوداً تقنية:

• ٣ تقديمات كحد أقصى لكل بريد إلكتروني خلال ٦ ساعات
• ٣ تقديمات كحد أقصى لكل جهاز خلال ٦ ساعات
• ٤ تقديمات كحد أقصى لكل شبكة (IP) خلال ٢٤ ساعة
• حجم الملف لا يتجاوز ٢ ميغابايت
• الصيغ المقبولة: PDF, DOC, DOCX

تجاوز هذه الحدود يؤدّي إلى الحظر التلقائي لمدة ٤٨ ساعة، وقد يُمدَّد لفترة أطول في حالات الاستخدام المسيء.

٤. السيرة الذاتية المُكرّرة

رفع نفس السيرة الذاتية أكثر من مرة خلال ٧ أيام يُعدّ من الرسائل المتطفّلة، وستُحذف جميع نسخها تلقائياً من النظام.

٥. الملكية الفكرية

محتوى منصة درجة (الشعار، التصميم، النصوص، الكود) مملوك لشركة درجة ومحمي بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز نسخه أو إعادة استخدامه بدون إذن.

٦. الإعلان عن الوظائف ومشاركة سيرتك

الوظائف المُعلَنة على المنصة:

• تعكس فرصاً حقيقية ضمن شركة درجة أو الشركات الشريكة
• قد تُحدَّث أو تُزال في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق
• تقديمك على وظيفة لا يضمن قبولك

عند مطابقتك مع شركة شريكة، تتمّ مشاركة سيرتك معها بعلمك وضمن غرض التوظيف فقط.

٧. إخلاء المسؤولية

المنصة مُقدَّمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن:

• أي انقطاع مؤقت في الخدمة
• أي قرار توظيف يُتَّخذ بناءً على معلومات المنصة
• الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام غير الصحيح

٨. إنهاء الخدمة

نحتفظ بحق إنهاء وصولك للمنصة إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط، أو لأي سبب نراه ضرورياً لحماية مستخدمينا.

٩. التعديلات

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

١٠. القانون المُطبَّق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وأي نزاع يُحلّ أمام محاكم بغداد المختصة.

١١. استقلال البنود

إذا تبيّن أن بنداً من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتطبيق قانوناً، تبقى بقيّة البنود سارية المفعول.

Terms of Service

Clear, fair rules for using the platform — protecting your rights and ours.

By using the Darjah platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before using.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
• You are fully responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

2. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree to:

• Submit only accurate and up-to-date information
• Not use another person's data or identity
• Not upload files containing malware or harmful content
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Comply with Iraqi laws

3. Submission Limits

To maintain service quality, we enforce:

• Maximum 3 submissions per email per 6 hours
• Maximum 3 submissions per device per 6 hours
• Maximum 4 submissions per network (IP) per 24 hours
• File size cannot exceed 2 MB
• Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX

Exceeding these limits triggers an automatic 48-hour block, which may extend longer for abusive use.

4. Duplicate CVs

Submitting the same CV more than once within 7 days is treated as spam, and all copies will be automatically removed from the system.

5. Intellectual Property

Darjah platform content (logo, design, text, code) is owned by Darjah and protected by IP laws. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

6. Job Listings & Sharing Your CV

Jobs posted on the platform:

• Reflect real opportunities within Darjah or partner companies
• May be updated or removed at any time without prior notice
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance

When you are matched with a partner company, your CV is shared with it with your knowledge and solely for hiring purposes.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty. We are not responsible for:

• Any temporary service interruption
• Any hiring decisions made based on platform information
• Damages arising from incorrect use

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these terms, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect our users.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and any dispute is resolved by competent courts in Baghdad.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
