B2B Outdoor Sales Specialist

Darjah HR Services is looking for an experienced B2B Outdoor Sales Specialist to join its team in Baghdad. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients and promoting Darjah's HR and recruitment services to businesses.

Job Details

1. Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour

2. Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

3. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

4. Salary: IQD 1,250,000 – 1,500,000 + Commission

5. Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B Outdoor Sales

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Identify and acquire new corporate clients through field visits and business networking.
• 2. Promote and present Darjah's HR and recruitment services to potential clients.
• 3. Negotiate service agreements and close business deals.
• 4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• 5. Follow up on business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• 6. Prepare and maintain accurate sales and client activity reports.

• Requirements
• 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Outdoor Sales.
• 2. Experience in selling professional or business services is highly preferred.
• 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
• 4. Target-oriented with the ability to generate new business opportunities.
• 5. Good knowledge of Baghdad's corporate and business market.
